I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The location was superb, right by the ocean and across from a lovely marketplace. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking in variety. Overall, it's a great value for money choice.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for my husband's rest. The kitchenette was a nice addition, but the 'jet engine' air conditioning units were quite loud at times.
Service
9.0
The service at this hotel was impeccable. From the housekeepers to the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was well-trained and hospitable. They even made special arrangements for us to attend an evening event.
Location

The hotel's location was unbeatable, right by the ocean on a pristine white sand beach with crystal clear water. The marketplace across the street added a nice touch to the area.
Dining

I enjoyed dining at Willy's trying some traditional Bahamian food, although the menu could use more variety. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the free entertainment provided. However, the 'jet engine' air conditioning units were notable and not the most convenient.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was wonderful, offering a secluded beach to relax during the day and being away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship passengers. However, the service felt lacking, as the staff seemed to be on their own time and did not fully grasp the concept of hospitality.
Rooms

My room was on one of the top floors with a view of the port only visible from the balcony. The king bed was comfortable.
Service

The service was unfortunately not up to par. The staff seemed disorganized and not attentive to guest needs.

The hotel boasts a wonderful beachfront location with crystal clear water, but some service aspects may need improvement. The rooms are kept fairly clean and feature double beds, although the overall service lacks hospitality. The dining options offer a mix of traditional Bahamian dishes and international cuisine. The facilities are well-maintained, but the hotel is situated in an area with empty buildings nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained daily by housekeeping, offering my husband excellent comfort even though the air conditioning units sounded like jet engines. The location was superb, right across from the local marketplace and next to a secluded beach where one could relax all day. However, the service could use some improvement, with limited guest hospitality and the odd request to write a statement upon checking out.
